Production Operatives required!! Blackwood area (3 shift pattern) paying £10.25 per hr & overtime paid at time & 1/2 & double time.

Our client is looking for hard working, reliable production operatives who take pride in their work. The factory adopts a team orientated environment, good, clean working conditions and retention is excellent.
Duties include:
Operating machinery
Following written and verbal instructions
Quality control, ensuring the product produced is of a very high standard
Good house keeping
Packing finished product ready for despatch
They operate a 3 shift pattern: 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00 rotating.
An onsite induction is conducted prior to starting, this is to ensure that candidates are fully aware of what the employment entails and all health and safety procedures are understood.
